The majority of products are always in stock. Your product will usually be shipped within 1 business day of order recieved and expected at customers door within 5 business days. All orders are either shipped USPS or UPS. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not allowed. Broken and/or damage items must be refused at time of delivery and returned by the carrier. New product will be reshipped when we receive the damaged item(s). We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
